ADVANCE REGISTRATION

The registration fee for delegates covers the following: Admittance to all scientific sessions, Abstract Book, Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Concert, Closing Ceremony, lunches and coffee/tea during breaks.

PAYMENT

All payments must be made i Norwegian Kroner (NOK)

REGISTRATION DESK

The registration desk will be open for registration and information as follows: Tuesday, 24 September – Friday, 27 September 08:00 – 18:30
Saturday, 28 September 08:00 – 15:00

CONFIRMATION

A confirmation letter, sent to you in due course before the Congress, will list your event bookings, hotel reservations and your payment status details.

PROCESSING AND PUBLICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Processing and retention of Congress delegates’ personal data may be required during and/or after the Congress period. The data are collected for statistical purposes and for release regarding future professional congresses. Pursuant to EU rules and regulations, your consent to the aforementioned treatment of personal data must be provided via the registration form.
